Dynamics GP 2013 - Human Resources - Training - Adding Class ID

Hello,

I am in the process of initiating the tracking of our HR trainings within our organizations and have successfully added the Course ID but am unable to add a Class ID, which is required to add the training. Any insight on how to rectify this?
