Hi There

Please could you advise on how to request the activation code for MTD?

When I click onto the Request Activation Code icon - nothing happens. I don't get a prompt, a key or another screen that opens.

Could you please assist

Hi Cindy,

Did you sign up at HMRC for Make Tax Digital ? ... then you should have your credentials which you need to sign in at HMRC when you want to get the Authorization Code.
This is necessary before you set up BC for MTD.
