Good night

This Message Appear sometime when convert the register from offline mode to online

And prevent me To entering Online Mode

    We need more information.  What version of RMS are you on.  We need the full number like 2.0.2000.   Also do you process layaways or workorders.

    our rms version is 2.0.2000

    we don't use layaways or workorders

    we use win 7 in all stores

    Do you have a customized html status.htm or and custom addons installed?

    I have seen a custom status.htm file cause this problem.

    You could need the hotfix #49.  Here is the details.

    •You receive the following error message when you try to tender a return transaction with a tender type that is set as  Inactive:

    Run-time error '91': Object variable or With block variable not met

    •The refund amount is incorrect when you process a return for a transaction that was tendered with a currency other than the default store currency.
