MS CRM 2013 On Premise Service Pack 1

Hi,

This week I have install MS CRM Service Pack 1 for 2013. I was reading through new features and see New Lead Management and Social Listening are added into this with new Service Management.

Only I am able to see new Service Management Section onto My CRM Navigation after installing Product update from setting onto my organization.

How can I walk through other features like Lead Management, Social Listening and I also heard about MS Dynamics Marketing Module. are all these modules are part of Service Pack 1?

You have to buy those separately.

This is for Social Listening, how about new Lead Management and Marketing Module?
