Is anyone else unable to login to CRM online this morning? 

Ive just logged a call and was told its effecting all customers but was then surprised to see nothing on here about it. 

We're on xxx.crm4.dynamics.com

    Just logged a case and had a response right away, they are working on it and will keep me fully updated - I'll pass on any relevant info here

    This seems to be affecting some UK CRM Online organisations and not others.  

    Official line from Microsoft:

    Microsoft is aware of a disruption to the Dynamics CRM Online service and has resources working quickly to resolve the unplanned service disruption.

    The issue will be resolved as quickly as possible and we want to apologize for any inconvenience.

    have you had an updates as of yet? I've just been informed they are still looking into it, this is a long outage and is causing my customer (we support their instance) a lot of grief!

    I see we’re back on the air again after what turned out to be a very long outage - well over 12 hrs on Friday 3 August 2012 by my reckoning.

    However, having lost an entire working day here on Friday, we need to know the precise technical nature of this outage, please. This is so we can take a view on whether we can trust the CRM online service not to let us down in future, or whether to seek an alternative.

    As you will appreciate, CRM forms the very backbone of many businesses, including ours and we cannot take the risk of being left high and dry again.

    Please reply stating the exact technical reason for the outage.  Thanks.
