How can I increase the number of records from Advanced Find

Hello,

Currently, the maximum number of records the Advanced Find menu can give me is 10,000.

Each time I need to spool large records, I would always have to do that from the database.

This is not a recommended way of having to go to the back end every time.

I want to be able to spool my records to give me up to 20,000 or even more from the Advance Find and it should not be limited to a certain number of records, how can I achieve this.

Are you talking about export to excel functionality or the number of records displayed in the UI view with pagination? If you want to increase the number records exported you can update the ORgdbsettings field MaxRecordsForExportToExcel .

Refer below post that shows all the avilable option to update this value

You don't need to go to DB you can develop one console application and their you can write code to update organization setting as suggested by Chitra.
