Blind Close Shift - Exclamation Point

Can someone tell me what this exclamation point means?

    Can you explain what you did before the exclamation point appeared? The exclamation point generally indicates that there may be anomalies or problems in the shift closing process.

    The exclamation mark appears if any of the lines for the shift are not reconciled. Out of curiosity, I checked the data for shifts both with and without exclamation marks. The exclamation mark only appears for shifts where the NumberOfUnreconciledLines is greater than 0.
