Hello, we have CRM 2016 on Prem and have always successfully used the Outlook Connector. We recently switch to Office 365 which forced me to change the Outlook Connector configurations, which I did just fine and emails are flowing properly through Outlook. HOWEVER, they are not flowing if I create an email within CRM. They get stuck in pending. I suspect I need to update the Incoming and Outgoing Configuration Profiles using the Email Router Configuration Manager, but not really sure what settings I need. Has anybody done this?
