I do not see an option for modifying the form when in the Account screen then viewing contacts. We would like to add the 'job title' field to the Contact Associated View.

Go into the customizations area, under Contacts Entity -> View -> Contact Associated View
Edit this and add the columns you would like to see and the save and publish the entity.
