Where are incoming emails viewable?

After configuring the email server, I want to test that incoming emails are working correctly. There is an email address specified in the email address field below. If I send an email to this address, where would I expect to be able to see it within dynamics? Somewhere in advanced find? Do I have to set up something in addition to be able to achive this? Thank you!

In Adv. Find its under Email Messages, you could also look under the 'Activities' entity and filter by email.

Hi partner,

In the apps, such as Sales Hub, click Activities of site map, we can see all activities, including emails.

Then if you would only see emails instead of all activities, we can

1) select Email for Activity Type, or

2) change the view to the Email view.

Hi partner,

As of my opinion email activity can be seen in activity pages and many times I also receives notification activity page.

Still if you are not able to fetch the notifications you might want to contact helpdesk or write them an email regarding your issue.
