Hi, I have a problem with the activation of the solution "Voice of the customer". I attach the post:

Error: Error : 500: Internal Server Error: System.Exception: No Configuration records found. at Microsoft.Crm.Surveys.Plugins.ProfileProvisioningPlugin.RetrieveWebApplicationUrl(VocPluginContext vocPluginContext) at Microsoft.Crm.Surveys.Plugins.ProfileProvisioningPlugin.ExecutePluginLogic(VocPluginContext vocPluginContext) at Microsoft.Crm.Surveys.Plugins.BasePlugin.Execute(IServiceProvider serviceProvider): undefined: undefined

Pleas, Can you help me?

I installed the solution, but when I "Active" there is this Error.

    Hi,

    there are a lot of errors when installing VoC and thus need to open a support tocket by Microsoft.

    Thanks, but why on the trial it's ok? I do not understand :(

    Hello Angelo.

    Please reinstall the VoC.

    Maybe there was an error due installation.
