This is regarding D365 Mobile in offline mode.
I have a form which has fields as like below :
Option set field:Account/ Contact
Look up field : will populate records based on option set field .
When I search for record in above look up field , the record doesn't show up instead I am getting error "Required field must be filled in ".
The same works fine in both web client and D365 mobile in online mode.

I noticed that look up view is customized to have a link entity.

I understood any views that have linked entity are not supported offline . Any work around for this ?

    Hi,

You Create Custom Entity for that If Yes Can you Check that Entity has offline-enabled or not . or its a system entity also check it has offline-enabled or not.

NOTE:  Lookups are supported for the entities that are mobile offline-enabled. All the entities participating in the lookup should also be offline-enabled.
