     Hari,

     Econnect requires windows athentication.Better you refer the eConnect samples in installation folder

     Hari,

    In eConnect entry point we need to pass connection string. That is windows authentication. It looks like

    ConnectionString = @”data source=SERVERNAME;initial catalog=DBNAME;integrated security=SSPI;persist security info=False;packet size=4096;enlist=false”

    Regards

     Thaks,

     I started writing code for econnect..But an exception arises in the following line

    eConnectMethods eConnectObject = new eConnectMethods();

     The exception is " you must have administrative credentials to perform this task"..Why this happen?

    And, one more doubt

                        In order to login, GP in virtual pc needs username and password..How I can pass these two from my project?

    SQL server did not need a username and password..it uses windows authentication..that means, in order to connect and retrieve data from GP , no need to pass username and password..Am I correct?
