Hi,

I am trying to hide all suboptions except my on-demand Power Automates flows under the 'Flow' button on the ribbon using the hide option in Ribbon Workbench. Unfortunately, nothing happened after publishing the solution inside Ribbon Workbench.

Any help is appreciated :)

    Hi Viktoriia,

It’s impossible to restrict creating flow but run on-demand flow currently.

Other people with same ideas have provided ideas in the forum, maybe you can vote them.

Microsoft Idea  · Disable 'Create Flow' for Users (dynamics.com)

    Regards,

    Leah Ju
