Where is my Interactive Service Hub?

Hi,

I configured yesterday a trial version of Dynamics 365 (CRM), but I cannot seem to find the Interactive Service Hub?

It used to be located under the Settings area. Anyone else facing the same issue?

The account I am using is the System Administrator

I tried the direct URL: https://<organization>.crm4.dynamics.com/engagementhub.aspx and it doesn't work

Organization Version: 1612 (9.0.0.1103) (DB 9.0.0.1103) online

    We need to install it as an app from Dynamic 365 Store.

    Please check this link, I am using Dynamics 365 online v9.0 so I had to install the solution/application using the Dynamics 365 admin page and the application shows under my Settings apps

    ok, thanks for informing. did you succeed in configuring the new customer service hub then? if yes do share how you did it.

    No more interactive service hub, new apps have been introduced with the latest version e.g. customer service hub

    Hi fuad, i hope you have checked "Interactive service hub application requirements" mentioned in the guide provided by Microsoft.

    Thanks for the link it seems there is something new called the Customer Service Hub which I am still trying to locate as I need to access the Knowledge Articles :)
