Customer service hub Record Creation and Update Rule with Power Automate

Hi all,

 

I’m new with Power automate and hope somebody can give me some guidance or help me in the right direction. I did go through the MS learn system for Power Automate but this was not enough.  Can somebody help me with the right training stuff to understand Power Automate and how to handle string, variables etc.?

 

I have the following issue;

 

We want that the system generates automatically a case from an mail that is coming from a certain mailbox. The Power automate does now create automatically the case and dynamics creates the contact person if the sender does not exist in the system Also the sender is put as an account (as contact) in the generated case. That last part is not what we want.

The idea is the following: Pieter does not exists in dynamics but he sends an mail. Dynamics creates the contact person (works out of the box). The system puts Pieter as a contact person instead of the account for the case (What do I need to change). Also the system sees that Dieter has a @Shell.com mail. When there is only one account that has a @Shell.com account the system needs to put Pieter as a contact person again from the case and needs to select the account that has the @Shell.com mail as a account on the case.

 

I was hoping to find how to setup this on the internet.
