We are trying to configure the Outlook client in a Citrix environment. We have installed the CRM Client (Offline Option Disabled) and automated the config wizard as below;
CALL "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Client\ConfigWizard\Microsoft.Crm.Application.Outlook.ConfigWizard.exe" /Q /i "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Client\ConfigWizard\Default_Client_Config.xml"
We now get the following error when trying to expand the CRM Folder;
"Cannot expand the folder. The set of folders cannot be opened".
We think the reason for this is because when you run the config wizard manually for the CRM client, we receive the following warning;
"Another computer has been set to synchronize with this Dynamics CRM organization. Would you like to instead designate this computer as your synchronizing client?"
As our users connect to a different Citrix Server each day, this issue will occur. Is there any way around this with either manual or scripted install of the client?
