RMS 2.0 POS Shuts down

HI All,

What are some of the things that can cause RMS 2.0 POS to shutdown on certain intervals..

This Happens on one system , we reload the operating system (Windows xp pro sp3) and had SQl and the network checked but it still seems to have the problem on certain times.

I changed the network card, seems to be losing packets from the last one..worked perfectly now.Thanks

What do you see when it "shuts down"?

Maybe you have the computer going to sleep and it drops the network connection?
