Hi,

It seems that it is not possible in the new feature Price management, to put in one list all the prices and discount.
I have one of my customer which uses this feature, and they built their sales prices with a list by customer.
But when they want to modify a discount or a price, they are obliged to go in each sales price list to launch the Verify list function.

I would like to know if the following ideas are possible to add :
- Select several price list and verify it all
- Add the "None" to the Assign-to Type list,
- to allow adding the assign-to type field in the price list lines, and let the user managing the list as they want.

thanks in advance
Best regards
Estelle

You can enter Several Price List and can verify that all but you can not select Assign to Type List as none.

    To enter Several Price
Just go to the next line add the similar data as line 1 and change the Price as per your requirement, You can also change the Condition like Currency, Variant, etc.

    Hi Estelle

You're absolutely right it still has some limitations when it comes to bulk operations and flexibility.

Let’s break down your suggestions and what’s currently possible:

    1. Select multiple price lists and verify them all
Currently, the Verify Lines function must be run per price list. There’s no native bulk verification across multiple lists.

    • A workaround is to use the Prices Overview or Price Worksheet pages to filter and manage lines across lists, but verification still happens per list
    • This could be a great candidate for a customization or future enhancement request

    2. Add “None” to the Assign-to Type list
The Assign-to Type field is mandatory and must be set to one of the predefined values (e.g., Customer, Customer Group, Campaign).

    • Adding “None” would allow for more generic price lists, but this isn’t supported out of the box
    • You can simulate this by using “All Customers” and filtering lines manually, but it’s not the same as a true “None” option

    3. Add Assign-to Type field to price list lines
This is a common request—users want to manage pricing per line rather than per header.

    • BC allows this only if “Allow Updating Defaults” is enabled on the price list
    • Once enabled, you can override the header’s Assign-to Type and Assign-to No. on individual lines
    • This gives you the flexibility to manage mixed pricing strategies within a single list

Here’s a reference on how to enable “Allow Updating Defaults” and manage line-level assignments:
