Office 365 + Dynamics CRM Online System Requirements?

Hi,

 

I was reading somewhere that the Microsoft Dynamics Online option can only be used with specific Office 365 enterprise plans.

 

Is that correct ? If so which ones? Could it be made to work with "Office 355 Business Essentials"

    You will be able to purchase a Dynamics CRM License - but the Business Essentials doesn't have the full instaled Microsoft Outlook included and so you won't be able to run the Outlook Client for Dynamics CRM to perform Contact sync and tracking of emails.

    Hi Scot,

    Thanks again for answering - actually I should of elaborated a bit more. (An extension from my other questions :)

    The user already has a Office 365 Home subscription (Outlook 2016 Mac). So the full desktop client on there machine.

    So what would I miss out on here? Since you said the standard client does not run on Mac?

    If that's the case - as far as I know you wouldn't have problem then since you wouldn't be able to run the outlook client anyway. That said if you got the sales product productivity promotion - www.microsoft.com/.../crm-purchase-online.aspx
