Main Issue:
Incoming email is not reflecting to queue, testing outgoing scenario (From CRM) and it works.

Outgoing Server Locatoin: smtp.gmail.com
Authenticate Using: Credentials Specified by a User or Queue
Use same settings for Outgoing: Yes
Incoming Port: 995
Incoming Authentication Protocol: Basic
Outgoing Port: 587 (have tried 465 also)
Outgoing Authentication Protocol: Basic

Email Address: test@gmail.com
Is Forward Mailbox: No
Allow to User Credentials for Email Processing: Yes
Regarding: TestQueue
Username: test@gmail.com
Password: *mypassword*
Server Profile: POP3 - GMAIL

Outgoing Email: Server-Side Synchronization or Email Router

I have the same question (0)We are experiencing the same issue where email tracking from gmail is on and off constantly. Synchronization test run successfully and emails start synchronizing but then stop oversuden.
