Is it possible to retrieve the new HTTP trigger URL from a flow using the OData API ?

Is it possible to retrieve the new HTTP trigger URL from a flow using the OData API or a script after the recent updates?

I know that in the past, retrieving the HTTP request trigger URL required a premium license, and it couldn’t be accessed programmatically. Now that Microsoft is updating the HTTP/Teams Webhook trigger URLs (starting August 2025) and deprecating the old logic.azure.com URLs by November 30, 2025 — is there a way to retrieve the new trigger URLs via the OData API, PowerShell, or other scripting methods?
