Good Day Everyone,
I have been told by a few techs that I have a corrupt file in my POS 2.0 software, I have been having issues with my printer driver, sometimes when I turn on the POS software it will say cannot find printer A799 would you like to continue without this device etc, so I called my hardware vendor and they fixed the issue, then it happened again twice, now they tell me I have a corrupt file in my POS 2.0 software.
I was wondering if this is possible?, and if it is possible how I would go about trying to find the corrupt issue and fix or repair the files.
