Hello

I created a workflow bases on purchaser code

So

approver type : sales person

approver limit type : approval chain

and i have a message

The salesperson/purchaser user ID does not exist in the Approval User Setup window for Salespers./Purch. Code .

all seems correct on the approval setup

Could you help me

    Hi

    Please check "Approval User Setup" page then make sure you select user and then salesperson/purchaser code related to that user. Then if user has unlimited approval make sure to select unlimited purchase or sales approval. 

    If it goes to chain make sure to define who is approver id. Also, populate email and etc.

    Hello, 

    Search by Approval User Setup page, select the user that is sending the approval request and fill the Salespers./Purch. Code with the code of the user that should approve the request.
