I am not able to change the size of the POS screen using the Ctrl F6

Ctrl F6 does open the screen to modify POS display settings, but all options in this screen are greyed out.  Why might this happen?  The user is logged in as a local administrator on the machine.  What can I do to fix this?

    Dan - have you checked the security settings in RMS Manager? "File", "Security", "Set Security" for that user ID and Password?
