Error using iOS mobile App

Hi All,
Any one encountered BC Mobile  App on iOS with the following error code: 
 
Could not connect to the server. The operation couldn't be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error code -999) ?
 
we are using it with BC22.
 
Any advise?

    Did you have any luck with this?  We are having the same issue.
    First time for us to use BC and forst time with the app.  Same error as you, on iPhone devices.
