XML fields in Word template for mail body do not work

Hello everyone,
If we change the Word TEmplate in a mail form, the system does not update the XML fields. Only logical names but no values can be seen. Can anyone help? Thank you

    You should check the report that is the basis for the mail template.
    It is most likely a bug in that report that cause your variables to be empty or the variables are no longer defined in the report.
