Retrieve number of emails based on EMAIL Template in CRM 2011 onpremises

Hello , 

Could any one please tell me what's the relationship between Email and Email template in CRM 2011 ??

Because I need to build a dashboard giving an overview about the Email where we use en Email template.

By looking to  the entity Email relationship i couldn't find any association(relation ship N:1/ 1:N /N:N) between Email and Email Template  or a field in Email refering to Email Template used  .
