AP Aging for Previous Month

I tried multiple reports from Purchasing Trial Balance Aging and Aging w/option to attempt to create a report to reflect the GL balance for a previous month without success.  I either get the current AP balance or items still open created prior to the end of month date requested.

Any suggestion?

    Using Historical Trial Balance I found success.

    Have you checked the Print/Age as of option in Payable Trial Balance report (Purchasing > Reports > Trial Balance).

    This will provide you with the ability to pass a "cutoff date" upon which the aging buckets are calculated, available options:

    • Enter date
    • Current Date
    • Beginning of Month
    • End of Month
    • Beginning of Period
    • End of Period
    • ... etc
