Microsoft Dynamics 365
Version 1612 (8.2.2.339) (DB 8.2.2.339) online
The first url which you provided talks about the old versions. Sorry I missed to mention about our platform version. We use D365 online 8.x.
Below information talks about the version 9..x. So in the case whether D365 online 8.2.2 supported or not?

the mobile app limitation is the same in v8.2 and v9.0.
the main thing is, html web resource is not supported for mobile client, only tablet .
