How Make a 24hour Workflow / Pluging / JavaScript

Hello everybody!

I'm asking today for how make this every day.

Today I've a var called "Today'Date", but it only save the Today date when User enter to the oportunity, for example:

Right now is 20/03 ; but if we enter .... we can look opportunitys with today'date with 16/03 ; 18/03 and 20/03 (because he enter today).

So, how we can set that this value upgrade every day? It's because I want attach it with a workflow to send reming emails.

Hi Maurizio,

To achieve this functionality you need to create one custom workflow that will execute on daily basis and update date.

You need to call this custom workflow just before send email stage.

How you can make this custom workflow? Because I've tried to many workflows but nothing works :S (To update date)

I hope we can call custom workflow on daily basis schedule, it kinds of recursive functionality.

It will call on daily basis and update date in custom workflow.

Thanks Aric, I've read your post and get manys dudes and make a investigation with your post name and get others ideas XD, but my dudes are:

Your Post:

1) You created a new entity called "Process Log" -> It's needed? Because I want use this recurring in "Opportunity Entity".

2) Where you create the puggling O.o? I've read about them, but I've never see where find them or make.

I've made a custom workflow using this idea, but I've many dudes.

1) In this post users claims that it'll work between 8-25 times, but How I do that it work Inf time? because the difference between Today and Stimated Day in our case are in months.

2) I've a Js that record Todays'Date in OnLoad event / OnSaved event the today date, so always I've a value there.... To update the value to +1 I need select "1 Day Afther Today'sDate"?

3) If needed puggling here?

Hi Maurizio,

Process log is not required. It was designed for that particular type of process to enable logging.

The code that I have for the plugin is not required either. It is used and executes individual tasks as required. You can use workflow instead.

I have not experienced issues about process not executing all the time.

You can set the date as you mention or based on process Execution, and no there is no actual need to use a plugin.
