Hey all,

Does anyone know how you can search your D365 CRM by a tracking token ID?

I have tracking tokens enabled all fine, however, it would be great if our users could use the global search facility to search for a specific email by tracking token id (as they may not have the CRM record id name)

    Hi Tim,

    Try below:

    1. enable the global search for email from main setting

    2. navigate to email entity from customizations or solution

    3. expand view and look for quick find view

    4. click on edit

    5.To the right of the table, you’ll see Add View Columns and Add Find Columns.

    6.Click Add Find columns and check the boxes to select the fields to search on for Global Search. in this case add "tracking token field" Click OK when finished.

    publish all customization and try.
