What is The Best Way To Testing Different User login

Let see in my system we have 10 users with different role.

So every time i define some responsibility like specific Dashboard should visible to this user.

As a admin i will see all so to test it i have created a Generic User for testing.So every time if i have to to test specific role i have to change this to that role and test it.this i have to do for different different user.

Is there any better way for this scenario like sales force has a feature called login as specific.Is any think like this is there in CRM ??

there are two different option coming in my mind

1) Open different browser under specific user (shift key + right click )

2) Enable "Prompt for username and password." in Internet Explorer

Tools ->Internet Explorer -> Security -> Inernet (local internet (if its local system)) -> Custom Level -> Set "Prompt for username and password." (you can find all the way down) Save the changes.

For testing this i need all user credentials whom i want to test.As they are live user(AD) i can not get there credentials.

But i want to use my credentials and mimic there role.

Well you can use incognito window in chrome.

1. Open a new chrome window and login with user.

2. Open new incognito window for each user you want to test.

3. Do the rest for all other users.

4. In incognito there is no history and you can refresh always to get latest contents.

Or still you can use use chrome and firefox, IE browsers along.

Its up to you.

Other choice is by using IE, ALT + F and go to the File -> New Session

Hi

It is time away but no current solution is here.

BTW, i facing this issue when i have the user in 2 different organization and in one organization the user is disabled and have no access .

workable solutions:

1- delete from database in on-premise manually which should be careful about this way and for online you must open a ticket for MS.

2- enable user and give access is another way which could work on both online and on-premise.

I'm looking for this same information, but I don't see a viable solution in the thread.

It's been a couple years, have you found a way to do this? If not, I wonder if Microsoft has this on a roadmap as a desired feature.

Similar to the way Facebook has the "View as" option.
