How can I install an extension for only one company database, not all.

My BC tenant has 3 companies (databases). I wrote a small extension using VS Code and published an .app package in the Sandbox. I uploaded the app to my production tenant and it was installed for all three companies. How can I choose which companies to install or not install?

    AFAIK, there is no option to skip or choose companies selection while installing extensions.

    it will install for all companies.
