Hi:
Does Business Central have the ability to notify a salesperson if a customer usually buys a complimentary item along with other items the customer buys in order to fully capture what needs to be sold to a customer?

No, there is not a standard functionality that works like that.
The closest you get in the standard application is recurring sales lines.

Hi, This requires small customization, for example you can add a new Notification to notify the user.
