MS Dynamics SL 7.0 service packs

Hello,

We are currently running Dynamics SL7.0 on Service Pack 1.

Since the latest is Service Pack 4 we are uncertain if we need to install all the service packs or can go ahead and install service Pack 4 with the relevant hot-fixes?

Please advise. Thank you.

    For clarification,  you can not install Sp4 on top of SP1.  You must first remove your current version 7.0 sp1.  Then install 7.0 FP1 and then install 7.0 sp4.

    Good Morning,

    The highest SP you can install currently is SP2. This is because SP's 3 & 4 go on top of SL 7 FP1. SL7 FP1 is a full uninstall of SL7, then install of SL7 FP1 on the server.
