That can have a lot of causes.

Maybe you have a network / DNS issue ?

    Hi Daravuth ,

Please try to restart your SQL service and NAV Service using local account and then choose Admin credentails, restart the services and then please try again.

Also please try to check Event Log.

    Thanks.

Hi, As Inge and Nitin said, there are many causes for this, and if restarting the server doesn't fix it, it is recommended to check the logs in the Event when the problem occurs.

    More details:

    Hi All,

This is event log in SQL Server before restarting DB Server:

    Source spid45s

    Message

The SQL Server Network Interface library could not deregister the Service Principal Name (SPN) [ MSSQLSvc/DB-SRV01.vattanacgroup.com:1433 ] for the SQL Server service. Error: 0xffffffff, state: 63. Administrator should deregister this SPN manually to avoid client authentication errors.

    What is the root cause?2768.Capture.PNG
