Printing 2 Copies of Receipt witch Driver Opos Bixolon SRP350III

Dear all,

Im using Driver OPOS Printer Bixolion SRP350III on POS D365,

How to customize to Printing 2 copies of receipt. I'm check on driver OPOS, don't see option Number copies. Contact by brand Bixolion, they don't support.

How do i can printing 2 copies Receipt ?

    Hi Tiencong,

    We block adding the same receipt type to a profile twice, and there is no out of the box setting that I know of to trigger a duplicate at the time of printing.

    You could look at a customization to the receipt service to trigger a second printing; or depending on how often you need to print 2 receipts the cashier could manually go through Show journal to bring up and reprint the receipt a second time. However, this would be a pain if you need to do this every time you print a customer receipt.

    Hi Pro,

    I already have solution.

    On Hardware Profile Printer1 used Driver Opos(Receipt Profile 1), Printer2 used Window driver.(Receip Profile 2)

    When cashier print bill,Printers print 2 bill.
