How user can opt their preferred language in CRM Portal ?

Hi,

I want to have an option in CRM Portal that user can select their own language and once he log in on the portal he should be able to see portal content in his preferred language.

Please suggest.

Hi Rohini,

Have you configured the multilingual support as described in the below article?

docs.microsoft.com/.../enable-multiple-language-support

Once you have your languages setup, there will be an option in the header to switch between languages.

Hi Rohini,

First Configure the language in your CRM and Portal instance. Follow below link:

http://arpitmscrmhunt.blogspot.in/2018/01/configure-multiple-language-in-crm.html

Then, select your Preferred language under Profile.

Logout and Login to your Portal again.
