D365 BC Cloud not available to some Region

Good day,

I am new to this community and I have research through Microsoft documentation on rationale behind not having D365 DC cloud version accessible for some region (West Africa to be précised).

Surely, someone must go through Microsoft Partner to have the solution deployed.

Must I use the partner Azure space ?

Why can't I use VM within my Azure tenant space?

When I demanded for this, the partner is raising Microsoft compliance issue.

I need another expertise opinion.

    Hello,

    With SaaS, there is no Azure VM you can deploy yourself. This is hosted by Microsoft. Here is the official documentation about regional availability:

    Thank you very much Macro for timely response.

    From the Link shared,  my country shows - Available, but localization will be handled by partner.

    This fully imply,  no need for Azure VM or separate SQL Server Licences.

    I will submit to Microsoft support the challenges I am getting in testing out the platform.
