PO confirmations version with workflow

Hi All, I need to know about PO confirmation version (VENDPURCHORDERJOUR) how connect with Workflow ?

As pictured above , have chang po 4,5,9 version example PO120002731-4 which one workflow do you use? of course PO120002731-9 it use lask workflow (ID 000000593)

    Work for me,

    I use "Change date" in PO confirm and "Modified date and time"  in Workflow history.
