During the sales pick process, Is it possible to split the qty to pick from different batches under the same work.
Example - Sales Order consists 2 items as below and it is released to the warehouse,
Load/Shipment/Wave and Work are created successfully.
Sales order - S001
Item A- 10 Qty
Item B - 20 Qty
Open Sales Work got created with the 2 these items for Pick.
The client would like to manually decide the batch and split the qty accordinly.
Like Item A - 3 Qty from Batch A
Item A - 5 qty from Batch B
Item A - 2 Qty from Batch C and then the next item should be requested in the scanner (I.e. Item B)
The client doesn't want to use location directive here,as they would like to determine the location and batch manually.
Is it possible to do this scenario as the item B should be requested to scan for location and batch only after all item A is picked.
Note: Have tried with Allow Split work from the mobile device menu item setup but that is creating multiple works, and as and when split it is creating a new License plate eveytime.
We are using D365 Advance warehouse Management
