Cannot access POP Item Inquiry Window

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I have a customer who cannot access the "On Order" drill down on the Item Inquiry window in v10.0. When you mouse over the "Allocated", the cursor turns into a hand and you can click on it and drill down.  However, when you mouse over the "On Order", the cursor never changes to the hand and therefore you cannot click on it to drill down.

They are able to get to the POP Item Inquiry Window through Inquiry>>Purchasing. It is only through Item Inquiry they can't. They never had this problem in version 9. This has been occuring since their upgrade.

Has anyone seen this before?

Thanks,

Kendra

    Hello,
I have asked some people to look into the issues you are seeing and this is what they have found.

"I have tested this on version 10.00.1061 and 10.00.1237 and I was not able to recreate what they were seeing.  It could be that they have a modification to this window."

I hope this information can help you.
