Editable Sub-Grid not refreshing when a record is added

Hello Everyone,

I have the OOB Add Products editable sub-grid on the Opportunity form, but it recently stopped refreshing when a product is added. I do not know if there was a specific change that caused this. I have tried on multiple browsers and it still doesn't refresh on add. However, when I converted it from an editable grid to a read-only grid it did refresh when I added a Product. When I changed it back, I got the same problem. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Anyone know potential solutions?

For reference, this issue came up on version 9.0.2.54.

    Hi Stern,

Seems this is  not normal behavior , I would suggest try to clear browser cache and also try with different machine , different login. In addition try to open F12 window and go to console tab , check if any error is coming or not.

If it does not helps try to raise a ticket to Microsoft .

Hey Goutam. The problem affects other users on other machines. I checked the Console when I added a record and did get an error saying "Uncaught TypeError: $$t_8.$0_3.ResetPageNumber is not a function in (my url/ static/ GridControl.js?ver=333304530) ..."

I may have to open a Microsoft ticket - thanks.

    Hi Stern,

Yes  this is OOB JavaScript error , wait for Microsoft  reply .  In addition please make sure all custom JS file  are working fine if any you have in Opportunity entity.
