Browsers other than Internet Explorer are not supported. You may refer to the previous threads and replies by MS support engineers; Rob and Derek
It is worth mentioning that Business Portal will be retired in Dynamics GP 2015. Meanwhile, Dynamics GP web client has no reported issues on Google chrome.
