Move the data of one field to another

How we move the data of one field to another, Like i have a count-up(Session Time) field on case form at footer section and then i want to show the count-up(Session Time) field on activities on different field proportional to each case and user?

    Hi Shakti,

    So its 1:N relationship , for this you will have to write plugin or use distirbute workflow activity as its not possible OOB.

    below post shows mutiple ways of doing it.
