Yodlee bank feeds - Setup issue

Hello everyone,

This is question is about Yodlee setup on top of Business Central. This setup steps work well when I do the same on "My company", that is available OOTB.

However, when we do the same setup steps in our custom company, we get the below error,
"your session has expired. please see the below screen prints for the same."

From our end, we've tried disabling the setup and enabling it again, refreshing the system, logout and login in again, etc. but no luck.

Can anyone give a suggestion on this problem?

Thank you.

Have you tried a different browser?  If that does not work, I am wondering if there is a stranded record somewhere.  Can you go to the Envestnet Yodlee Bank Feeds Service Setup window and go to Actions > Disable Service.  This should clear any stranded records.  If that does not work, I would recommend opening a ticket with Microsoft.

Yodlee always has these issues. For this reason I recommend not using Yodlee and importing a bank statement into Business Central from a csv file. I wrote a blog post how to do this - https://valentincastravet.com/create-a-bank-statement-import-format/
