Training on Work Orders & Purchase Orders in Dynamics

I'm looking for training material/videos on using work orders and purchase orders within Dynamics CRM. I have the Dynamics CRM 2013 Unleashed manual, which is like 2 1/2 inches thick and the term "work order" isn't even in the index. I've tried searching for videos online but don't find anything that deals specifically with work orders and purchase orders. Can anyone offer some help/advice for me?
