Change the default view of a Sub-grid in a Quick View Form using JavaScript

Hi All,

Is it possible to change the default view of a sub-grid lookup that is inside a quick view form? I can access the control but I cant seem to get the OOTB functions like getDefaultView() or setDefaultView().

Is this requirement possible or other way to implement this requirement?

    Hi LMP,

    Please use ExecutionContext.getFormContext() as Xrm.Page will be deprecated.

    Read here : getDefaultView() and setDefaultView() is for default view of lookup field not for subgrid.

    Use getViewSelector().getCurrentView() instead for subgrid.

    For getDefaultView in quick view, seems all lookup/text/email are rendered as a read only standard type. For this reason, getDefaultView is not available for fields in quick view, only works for lookup field on the form.
