Hi, I keep getting below error when signing up for Dynamics 365 Business Central trial.

We're sorry, but Dynamics 365 Business Central isn't currently available for your account. Please check back later.

I am using a work account.

What could be the problem?

Are your Azure AD registered in one of the Countries where Business Central is available ?

Yes. I come from Kenya and it is listed as countries available.

Looks like the version for Keny is partly done by a partner. And it might not be available as a online trail.

You should check with your Microsoft Partner or some Microsoft representative for Kenya to help you check the details.

Hi,

As Inge mentioned above, Kenya is grouped to "Localized by Partner" on Countries and regions availability matrix. Kenya is same as Japan and I am very familiar with this error.
Microsoft guys explained it on twitter https://twitter.com/atotovic/status/1510273669070831616.

You have 2 choice for address it. Easy way is to ask partner in your country.
Other way is little difficult but you can sign up for yourself without partner.
1. Create New Azure AD tenant on US or GB or other region which is grouped as "localized by Microsoft".
2. Sign up Dynamics 365 Business Central.
3. Go to BC Admin Center and create BC environment with Kenya region.

The error message is for check if your AAD region is included "localized by Microsoft" region. But you can create BC environment with Kenya region on "localized by Microsoft" region such as US or GB. So you can try Kenya region BC.

Yun Zhu's blog post completely explained how to create AAD and BC environment. I can assure you that the procedure will work.

Dear ZHU,

I followed your comprehensive and well illustrated solution but at creation stage where one need to prove is not a robot , the following message keep displaying despite filling it correctly.

Tenant creation failed. The creator of this fault did not specify a Reason.

Any solution to this?

After a day suddenly it worked. Thanks a lot. Production environ remained domiciled US but created Sandbox environment to reflect my Country in Dynamics 365 Admin.
